Tell me what’s been showing up in your life — the patterns, the frustration, what you’ve already tried. We’ll have an honest conversation about where you are and whether this program is the right fit. Not everyone is ready for this work, and not every situation calls for it. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you.
Step 2
Diagnostic Lab — Mapping Your System
A structured 60-minute session where we map your nervous system patterns, emotional responses, stress cycles, and regulation capacity. This becomes the precise foundation for every RTT session that follows.
Step 3
RTT Sessions — Root-Level Rewiring
Three deep subconscious rewiring sessions, each building on the last. We go to the root scenes, beliefs, and emotional imprints driving your patterns — dissolving what no longer serves you and installing new neural pathways.
Step 4
Integration & Regulation — Compassionate Support
